About the Role
Sale/Merchandising Associates:
A Sale & Merchandising Associates perform all merchandising activities such as spearheading and executing projects, distributing flyers and displaying banners. keep track on daily on hands count, to enhance the customer experience. Strategize and brainstorm with team members to develop new ideas, and ensure products are displayed correctly to drive sales. Merchandising Associates are required take calls, demonstrated ability to read, write, and speak English. Maintain a strong relationship with customers and provide superior customer service to both internal and external customers.
Requirements
Monitor all sale tractions, and relay shoppers trend to the team
Demonstrated ability to read, write, and speak English and Spanish – a must
Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
Has experience with Microsoft Office software preferred
Work some Saturdays
Brainstorm with team members to develop new ideas
Track manage sale and inventory on website and onsite
Manage content across all platforms, including email and social media.
Respond to all website pop-up prompts
Sell products and promotions to new and existing customers as well as inform them of all the benefits our products offer
